My only complaint about this episode is they should have had Bear McCreary play the pianist, continuing his barfly cameo. Moore himself even commented that they were seriously considering it, but for some reason just didn't do it. I'm especially impressed at how they handle Tyrol here, as he plays a role in the plot that so easily could have made him look unbelievably stupid and/or irredeemable, but somehow there's just enough believability that Boomer could play on their prior relationship like this and he wouldn't guess what her real intentions were.

That would have been a great touch having Bear play the role, but that's me assuming he can act 😅 I agree this could have been a moment that ruins Tyrol, and it's not a good look by any means, but it certainly feels like the actions of a man who has had his life turned upside down clinging to the hope of something from his past that maybe makes more sense now.
