Inspection - Redo (Patreon)

Aaa this pic has been laying around for yonks now; I've put it on hold as I wasn't happy how the background was shaping up.
Decided to bite the bullet and redo the background completely, trying to fix the issues I had with the previous version >.<

Still have a lot to do before I can get back to this one, but I hope finishing this piece will go smoother from now on
