Source Code Converted to use GMS2 2.3 (Patreon)

This should give us some new garbage collection methods as well as new tools like sequences, new organization methods and some new programming freedoms. We previously didn't switch over because of our GM Live extension but that's since been updated. Overall staying up to date will make things easier.

We're looking at shooting for a September 30th early release build and then subsequent tiers to follow after.
