More Kayla fursuit WIP (Patreon)

I've set my goal for this week to finish Kayla! Well Try to.. There's a fur meet on this weekend which may or not be postponed. Either way I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to get back into this build. That and the fact that I finally got my paws on some long black fur for the hair!! 

I've been playing around with making more fur pattern templates in Blender. I assembled them in paper first to get an idea of size and fit before I trace them on to the fur. This is my first time attempting a hand-paw in this style so I hope it comes out well! once I have all the main parts complete (hands, head, tail, feet) I want to attempt making some accessories! like a snapback cap and laced shoes all using foam. 

Using Blender and Pepakura to make all these templates really gets rid of all the trial and error of making a fursuit. I don't ever plan to make suits as commissions though I will be sharing my techniques and designs in the form of tutorials and downloads! once I've finished this suit of course.
