What would Chinatsu wear on a trip to the mall? I rarely draw her in casual clothes, but I was trying to think of something different than just tanktop and shorts and I thought, gasp!, what about overalls? And so we have (my first?) overalls! There's a duck reference in it, if you can spot it.

I went madman on the bg and made it way more complicated than it needed to be. On some level it's good practice, but dang, is it hairy and time consuming. 

The mall is loosely modeled after a mall I went to a lot when I was younger. I went to it last year. It seems so much smaller now that I'm older. :p

I gave Chinatsu a last minute button pin with a watermelon. I've been thinking of making this into a real pin. Are you guys interested in that?
