Comish for mister Raidanos of the Metal Slug cuties Fio and Eri.

Originally a sketch reward done for June of last year, exactly one year ago. It took quite a bit of work to adapt it to work well for a full color piece. There were a lot of subtleties about their posing and composition were not up to snuff, and took a while to get right. I came back to it and put it down like 5 times before it clicked. But I did it in the end. >:3 

I also flip flopped on Fio's gun, but ended up defaulting to the same one Eri uses. It's one of the ones from the game, and I wanted to be faithful now just to their designs, but the equipment too.

As an additional reference, I added the missile from the beach in that one level. Something to help ground them to the world.

It's been a while since I drew some beeg clouds. While shading, I tried thinking of the clumps as popcorn. And it sorta helped in visualizing it. Wanna keep experimenting with it. :p
