Commish for 3xlneet of Kancolle's Unryuu!

There's this excellent artist that goes by Pokoten that has made some amazing fanart of this character, which you might have also bumped into before (and if you haven't, I suggest you look it up!). I really wanted to try to make justice to his interpretation of her. 

Turns out shes trickier to draw than I expected. Her hair has a very iconic spiraling in the center bangs, as well as a poofy messiness that looks really cool, but darn, that took me a while to capture. Also, she has this green gem embedded in her braid, and it's one of those elements where it's only partially visible in the official art, and everyone who's attempted fanart of the character had different interpretations of how it worked. Trying to suss out the most correct version of them was not easy, but I'm pretty confident I got it in the end.

Anyway, those aside she was fun to draw. There's 3 variants of the piece with different arm gestures and stuff. :>
