Badminton girls [canceled piece] (Patreon)

This is a piece I initially drew almost 2 years ago, back when I was doing experiments with mixing 2D with 3D. I did these renders of the background (by UncleMugen!) and the racket and tried to make them mesh together with the look of the girls, but it never quite came together to my liking, so I shelved it, and it was shelved for so long that I think it's beyond finishing now. So, I figured I'd do a quick polish pass and release it like this as a curio. :>

Actually, I initially rendered these with Sketchup, but I've given up on using that program because it was so limited and cumbersome to use, so I couldn't improve it without a significant time investment. I'd like to learn Blender at some point and do these experiments again, but Blender looks quite daunting, and I think I'll have to schedule a chunk of time to get something going with it. Sigh, 2021 resolutions. :p

I still think the idea is cute, so maybe some of you will get some enjoyment out of it. Figured it was better than no one seeing it again.
