Update: I recently got asked my Melody if she could use this piece in one of her schedule pics, so I went back and did some touch ups to the piece. Should look nicer now. :>

Neon's something I very rarely try to paint, but I felt it essential for this character. I wanted this lighting from overhead coupled with the neon back light. I think it turned out neat. :>

I might've made her boobs slightly bigger than canon but yolo.
