Shantae's just out chillin, not being the genie nanny for once, when Risky drops in and challenges her to a beach ball duel.

I started this piece quite a while ago, when Shantae won a fanart poll. Then I added Risky to the mix and colored it, and it was in the simmer station until yesterday. Which, coincidentally, the new Shantae game comes out today! Perfect timing again. :p

I tweaked Shantae's measurements quite a few times. Hopefully they look good.
