Poll 16 winners and poll 17 filtering (Patreon)

Poll #16 ended with Ruby from RWBY as the clear winner, and then a tie for 2nd place with Darkness (Konosuba) and Aqua (Kingdom Hearts). Which is slightly problematic because I was intending on drawing 2 characters this time, so I'm still deliberating on who to pick. But, it's possible that I'll end up drawing both of them. ;p
