Boy,  what a tricky one this was! My despair levels were getting to an  alarming point as I kept struggling to make the water splashing look any  good. It turned out to be a huge challenge. I experimented and  experimented, and then finally, something clicked and I managed to make  it work. I still can't quite believe it. I'm so relieved, you guys. =w='
On the bright side, now I figured out a cool technique to do water splashing.~

I  wanted to make her a cool moeblob. Fluffy twintails, pink hair, and  then a pinch of heterochromia. I hope you guys like how she turned out  as much as I do. :3
