TL;DR: Plan for 2024

• Finished the rest of Hank anim Part 1 within March.
  
• Taking a rest and start Hank anim Part 2.
  
• Develope and draw Mango Comics along the way.
  
• Each project will limited to 4 month at least.
  
• THAT'S ALL, FOLKS!
  

I learned a lot about myself in 2023 that I love working my ass off and making it done, in a short span of time 🔥

I realized that my interest in each proj is around 4 month, the longest is 7. Fossils anim and the first Hank loop anim was done within 4 month. Each volume of Wuffle from 2012-2017 took around 7 month to be completed. Knowing this next thing to do is set the deadline for each proj.

I used to think that it'd be nice to spend as much time on things you crafting but that turn out to be a nightmare for me lol The current Hank anim (see all the process here) started around April 2023 and until now it finish only 60% of the whole 1:45 min short. Part of it because I tried to achive my goal of making it in a studio quality animation. Not realizing that this is an indie project that I alone doing it with only a handful of animator friends to help and a super tight budget.

I mean, technically, I can. But I couldn't taking myself to keep doing it for another 6 month, no more!

So, deadline is your friend. It help you managing time more carefully with each task and see the whole picture cleary. It's excited me to know what I gonna achieve today and tomorrow 💞.

In conclusion: For 2024

• I will finished the current Hank anim within March, or better, Feb.
  
• The animation alone is 90% done and I can finished it within Jan, no problem.
  
• The rest are BG painting, compositing, music nand sfx within Feb and wham, done.
  
• Resting one month to plan on the next part of Hank anim (yes this has 2 part) such as storyboard and aniamtic/timing/dubbing, etc.
  
• Once they're done, the 4 month plan started! I will do mostly one or two person this time with the animation style of Fossils aka my self-taught anim technique. Fast and fun! No need to be smooth or super perfect I just wanna making cartoon with joy again.
  
• During that time I will start develope Mango comics and keep posting the process and idea for the first ep comic.
  
• Im not sure yet if it's gonan be 4 panel comics like Wuffle or long story format with many pages. We'll see.
