Ok so I found something (Patreon)

UE5 has an inbuilt foliage tool.... All you have to do is supply what asset you class as foliage and it will paint it. You can use it to put anything down, but its mainly for foliage. So yea. I feel like an idiot. BUT HEY! This is gonna be a LOT faster now lol.
