I'm mostly curious about everyone's priorities. I'm guessing it will be speed, but it's always nice to just ask. I've often read the complaint (which is fair) that having multiple art styles in my games is a turn-off. I kinda understand. I mean, if I could only have one artist I would do it. And I do do it with my small project. But in order to keep up with the releases of APBLU, I need multiple artists. Sometimes I need six illustrations and two animations in a month, so obviously, unless maybe I had a full-time artist (and even then), having only one artist is not very feasible.

I personally decided to sacrifice the art style, as well as sometimes the quality (I can't be as critical with the artists when I work in such a short timeframe) in order to be able to release a build every month. I thought that's what the majority would prefer, and I still think it is. I've still toyed with the idea of having a single artist multiple times, but I couldn't find a good solution to the obvious problems. Maybe it's a non-issue as well. I don't really know.

The best of both worlds would be to have two projects that are running simultaneously so that it gives me two months to prepare for a release while also giving you guys something of value every month. The problem with this is that the projects would need to be small/medium in length, and also if one is inferior to the other, one month might be less hype.

Anyway, just wanted to talk about this a bit and see the overall consensus. I don't necessarily plan to change the way I work. I feel like monthly releases are something that most of you guys appreciate about me.

Tbh, APBLU is really, really good so I don’t really mind waiting an extra month for consistency. Quality content is why I like it in the first place so time isn’t an issue to me, personally

I voted for a bit of both but if it means exclusively smaller projects then I'd go with every two months. I really like Clumsiness and would love to see more projects like it but the length and depth of APBLU is fantastic. TBH, I'm pleased with the current schedule as well.
