CG Preview #7 (Patreon)

V0.4.0 should release around the 20th, as usual. There are still a few technicalities that I’m not entirely sure/satisfied with (with the new simple ‘animations’ and all that), but at this point, it’s just better to not think too much about it and act in accordance with the readers’ response instead. I’m dumping all of that info now because I’m about to briefly talk about something that contains spoilers for those who are doing a pure mystery run. So for those people, they should stop reading now.

I just want to clear something up with the new outfit rule. That rule is only for the dates between Laura and Luca (Wednesday/Friday), which means they aren’t necessarily permanent. They can change depending on the date. Which doesn’t mean there won’t be a change in outfits soon, but I just wanna make sure that everyone understands the slight difference since people seemed eager for a complete outfit change.

looks good but shouldn't the string cut more into her skin? The lines look too thin to follow the body shape without cutting into it.

Not a fan of this preview. Two things I dont like concerning this scene/preview (Spoiler!): 1. No change of place. I would have liked to see a different scenery/setting then the love hotel again. Gets a little boring imo, especially as there are so many places and locations left to try out. 2. I would have liked to see some spicier underwear/lingerie before going all in and giving laura a whole body string. For me this progression was a little bit too fast, and I would have appreciated it if we would have been able to see dirtier laundry before, e.g. a thong going over the hips or something alike….

Something feels a bit off about the scene, i am not sure if it's the angle of it, or they "outfit" she is wearing is very, VERY thin it should be tighter on her skin.

You seem to be right. Unfortunately, I don’t always have the time to make my artist fix things, and sometimes I just don’t see it. I guess that’s one of the problems of being in a one-man team and having to deliver on a deadline.

I understand that some might have issues with the pacing. I’m trying my best, but there are more than a few reasons why I decided on that kind of pace. I might make a post at a later date underlying those reasons. But I’m personally not convinced that the pacing is wrong yet. We’ll see though. About the change of situation/scenery, it was something that I wanted to attempt more on Aya’s route (we can’t forget that Laura exists in Aya’s route too). I just put more emphasis on Laura’s corruption than the diversity of settings.

Yes, someone else pointed it out. I just didn’t particularly notice/mind. Often, in order to make sure I meet a deadline, some sacrifice needs to be made, this being one of them.

a sense of gravity on the string is missing, like its taped on her skin directly. Dunno if thats how the artist meant but, still looks hot.

Its not that much of an issue with the pacing I am having. Actually I really like the pace and length of the game, you are really doing a great job concernig that, and please dont get me wrong, I absolutely love your work, thats why I am concerned with it. Also my critics might be on a very personal note. Nonetheless I still feel a bit sad that the chance of Luca telling laura what kind of lingerie she has to wear has not been used (maybe it will be at a later stage - I know this is only a preview so the feedback is only based on this) and also I personally would love to see the progress of corruption by another change in her clothing (this time maybe not on the surface but 'underneath' on a more intim level) around this time and not shortly before the end where you cant even enjoy it anymore (a lot of japanese games have the last change of clothing shortly before the story resolves). Concerning the change of scenery I feel like you can put the same emphasis on corruption while still changing the place. So for me thats not really an explanation, but I also know that my wish is on a very personal note.

This is the problem i called out could happen recently, HC mentioned that in the next 4 updates this route should end, to me there is no way to do that without at least somewhat "rushing" the whole thing. I mean at least to me Laura is just now getting corrupted while she still resists as much as she can, so for her to fully embrace the corruption and Luca in just 4 updates seems too fast and also wasteful because i would have liked at least 2-3 updates where she just is fully corrupted but is just cheating behind Harry's back willingly now.

Something that peeved me is the way the strings mold along the underboob. The strings should be taut, unless its tape eg. black tape bikini project.
