Next Side Project Sprite Preview #2 – Kate (Patreon)

I won't rehash what I said about this project, since I already explained my thought process when I wrote the first preview.

As of right now, I have around 100k words written for this project. I've had to take a pause to start writing the scene descriptions for my artist, but I expect (and hope) that this project, all in all, will be around 200k words. I would also like it if it had two endings, although I'm not sure about that yet.

I haven't written a real blurb yet, and I don't even have a title for the project. But here's the gist of the story:

Dexter (bully) burned the side of Johnny's (protagonist) face with his cigarette. His mother (Kate) came to school in order to complain to the principal about it. The principal is the father of the bully. He doesn't want to expel him. He instead offers a maid job to the mother who just lost her employment.

As for Kate's personality, she's a rather strong woman. She's been a single mother ever since her husband died, something like twelve years ago. She had to work low-wage jobs, often multiple at the same time, in order to provide for her son. She will do anything for him.

Please don't expect much. The premise might sound more interesting than the story actually is. I don’t even know where I'm going with it if I'm being honest.

I'll still try my best.

I won't start working on it until I'm done with NTR'd By Clumsiness since I plan to use Clumsiness artist for this project.
