Here's Chapter 60.

Unlike what some people were implying, I wasn't waiting for the month to change for you to be billed before releasing the chapter. 

I was just unhappy with how I originally played out the development of the situation from the previous chapter.  Meaning, I was solving it too simply. The current arc is Rider's flag, so to speak and I felt that it needed proper care. Now, the cliffhanger from the previous chapter is not yet resolved, and I'm happy with that for the time being.

That said, sorry for making you all wait on me. Tomorrow I'll put up the poll for the next update. In the meantime, enjoy this.
