Assuming that you're not being sarcastic (on the internet, it's always a possibility) Yannik Wagner is referring to the XXX version of what happened between Shirou and Caster in the elevator after their date at that high class restaurant (continued for many hours even after Caster teleported them home). We were promised that this would eventually come, and it would even be accompanied by an illustration, though both have yet to arrive. Though to be fair, Neoalfa has been quite busy these past few months.
