New rig feature and major UI update (Patreon)

Hi,

I have added a new feature to the rig which is heel bones in IK mode. Also the IK feet don't have a "dead zone" like before close to rest pose. It will be available for upcoming models.

With it comes a major UI update that will be required for upcoming models. It includes:

- support for the new IK system

- simplified UI bone collections section (all models)

- new slider for water droplets specular (models with droplets feature only) 

- new wetness specular slider for older models...results will vary

- removed a bunch of unnecessary tests that should improve performance

It's quite a significant update so let me know if you find bugs
