Unified UI & Male shared textures updates (Patreon)

Edit : I've added IK/FK toggles for single arm/leg, latest version is now 2.1.20

The updated male shared textures will mainly be used by an upcoming base male model. The textures and materials have been brought up to the same level as current female models.

Male shared textures now also come in 2K versions in case you need that.

There are some textures that are identical between male and female shared packages so I recommend extracting them in the same place to avoid duplicates on your hard drive.

The UI gets a few updates as well :

• Greatly increased speed of the "change armature" feature
• Bunch of fixes for male models
• IK fixes are now merged into one button
• Introduced a new option for changing eye color, only used by the upcoming male model for now
