UI update with automatic engine switch (Patreon)

Hello all,

Sometimes I get a question so many times it makes me wonder if I can improve stuff and that's what this update is about.

From now on the UI will detect if you change the render engine in blender and do the required operations on nodes to ensure compatibility without the need for you to do anything.

The engine button in the panel is therefore gone since it's now useless.

This update also looks for water droplets nodes in outfit textures and adds some options if it finds any.
