She comes with 2 eyes color, 2 hairstyles and 1 outfit

There's also a helmet and the black saber not showing in previews.

I've tried to add some new features in the UI to control various subdivision levels. There's a simplify option in the performance tab that will apply to everything (same as in render tab). Also there are lists of all subdiv that can be shown for the outfit, hair and extras which allows to change the subdiv for everything at once. The last pic shows the simplify option at the top and an unfolded list for the outfit at the bottom. I'm not sure if it will be useful to anyone but the options are there now. It's a fresh as it gets so let me know if you find bugs.
