[PUBLIC] Added and changes to Tiers (Patreon)

Hi all! I've made some changes to the tier and added one more tier! ^^

Changes I've made is:

- Tier 2: You will get not only early access for BL Story but also My Weird Roommate. This is because I'm working on them anyway, and it's just hanging out on my computer lol. So you'll just get extra stuff hehe ^^ Also, since I used my time to work on it, I don't want you all to get mad at me for not using that time to work on BL Story >.<ll So at least now, you'll get to see what I spend my time doing haha!

- Tier 30: I've made a new tier for commissions. There'll be an extra post just for this. So you can read all about it here.
