Sae Nijima (Persona 5) has come to the Codex to find ways to fortify her Palace against future invaders (tldr Persona lore: your Palace is your mind-fortress). 

She wants to test the Codex's security systems and see if there are any ideas she can steal. The Directrix is fine with letting her simulate an escape.

How well does she do?

in similar vein as mango's but instead the door seals shut and sedatives are pumped into the room, she struggles to open the door but falls unconscious, only to find herself all bound up upon reawakening. alternatively, while attempting to escape the chair she finds that the chair is just the 'pressure plate' of a bear-trap-esque latex/rubber 'net' which vaccume seals her in place, back in the chair (which may or may not recline into a table?).

Idea, she manages to escape and is running down a hall when she steps on a smooth looking floor mat which gives out and she falls in, getting trapped in skin tight latex as she hangs from the ceiling within a new cell.
