This September, Broken Anvil Miniatures welcomes you to the explore the wild warrens and the many fantastic beings that inhabitant them.

The warrens are home to tribes of anthropomorphic Rabbitfolk, Varg, and Tuotar. Each of these tribes has its own unique and flavorful characters, from brave rabbitfolk knights to tuotar necromancers mounted on enormous undead crab steeds.

These bestial tribes find themselves in conflict with the humanoid denizens of the warrens, which constitute the other half of this month's collection. These miniatures include a variety of ravenous ogres, and even a coven of hags.   In addition to these character miniatures, patrons also receive terrain features that really spark life into their tabletop games. A  feature such as a burrow home or a stump hatch really helps set the tone for what a player might expect as they venture into the warrens.

We hope everyone enjoys painting and utilizing the miniatures from Warriors and Warrens, and can't wait to see what you do with them yourself

Also attached to this post is our One Page Adventure. Have fun!

These are gorgeous! Amazing work! I especially love the Tuotars.

Oh my goodness. I can't believe all of the cool stuff. The Vargs alone were more than worth the price, but you'd completely changed my mind on rabbitfolk as a playable race. Absolutely top shelf work. Thank you so much.

Lychee supports on a large number of models have a number of conflicting supports.

these look amazing!

CycyX

This release is over the top. Thanks!

Looking at these makes me so happy to be a backer. Now....I just need you to do some bear people. Bear people please!!!!!

Amazing Models! Trying to imagine how the render conversation went... "We made some amazing looking models - Ogres, Rabbit Folk, Tuotar, Varg!" "Wow those ARE Amazing! How many renders did you do of each?" "Oh just one of each group. Also we made a Fence" "And how many renders did you do of that?" "Oh at least three!"

These are beautiful, but I noticed a problem with the Rabbit Fencer. I don’t use lychee so I’m not looking at the .lys files, but with the .stl files the supported rabbit doesn’t include the stump he’s standing on, and neither does the base. There is no separate .stl stump model supported or otherwise. (The unsupported rabbit .stl includes the stump.)

Lol. It's a NICE FENCE!! There are individual character renders under the full reveal post, though.

You guys are the first Patreon creators I’ve ever subscribed with, primarily because I ADORE your take on the fae! Both last month and this month’s releases are AWESOME!

The best patreon🥲

very cool release. I will say however that the little stem on top of the tanuki and the dangling teeth on the druid are cool features that probably will break off with any normal use. a heavy exhale was enough to knock off one of the druids teeth. I'd also like to see a updated supported fencer that has the stump. Otherwise, a solid month with very unique designs. I'm planning to make a mini furry wargame for my kids using these and they are excited.

Warriors!!! Waaariors! Come out and plaaayaaaa! love it!

Hey I’m a new patron. Is there a welcome pack with this subscription? If so, where can I find it?

Anonymous

The welcome pack is listed as coming soon, but is not a patreon perk... yet...

Quick piece of feedback about this month's sculpts - some (most) of the weapons are cartoonishly large. Offputtingly so. I get it that we're dealing with fantasy, but some of these weapons would easily weigh 2x as much as the character wielding them. Compare the various hammers held by the turtles and vargs and the axes held by the rabbitfolk to the reasonable sized weapons that the owls held in Daemoor (the release that got me to subscribe) and you'll see what I mean.

Loving the style! Tuotars, especially the mounts, and vargs are p the highlight for me this month. Keep up the awesome work, loving the stylized models!

Anonymous

I personally prefer it that way. Some other patreon artists that I'm subscribed too tend to make weapons (and other bits) way too thin for a 3-D printed mini. Yeah they look fantastic (which is why i subbed), but one false move when removing supports or accidentally knock the sword handle with your paintbrush too hard and "snap" there goes a 9hr print. Keep em thicc, boys! =P

Anonymous

I love that you guys switched to an excel spreadsheet for the model list. Now I don't have to convert it every month lol.

Anonymous

You should really post non-patron pictures so people can see what they're into. I only subbed because I saw an ad on Miniac, I would never have done it if I stumbled across you normally.

Anonymous

Yeah same here, I had looked at this before and couldn't see anything that struck my fancy and then Miniac ad showed the models and I jumped in. You need some good pics for potential patrons to get excited about.

brokenanvil

We do public full reveals on Patreon every month, and we also show everything off on social media. We don't keep it a secret :)

Just a question, the files will be shared through my mini factory or on another permanent platform?
