There is a mean thing some children sometimes say when they see a pregnant woman, kind of an innocent mistake that goes horribly wrong. They ask why the belly is so big, and some adult says because there is a baby in there... and the child replies. "She must have one in her butt too.

Now this is not a way of saying the story turned in that direction, there are no butt babies or stranger paths being taken here. Yet I cannot escape the simple fact, that this expansion drive has given me a truly large badonk.
