Yeah the episode mentionned was a two part filler with Heiji (note that the recap at the beginning is also an anime thing, it's not in the manga).

The two-parter (554-555) is one of those Mystery Tours, you reacted to a few of them before dropping the fillers. It's probably one of the more "busy" fillers with the cast. I actually watched it the other day, along with the rest of the Mystery Tour fillers. I had a good time with it
