Great episode and what I would consider part 1 of a 2 parter. Wesley and Faith together again! This show knows how to nail a good twist that is for sure. Fun fact, the actress that plays Kilo the Asian female doll is played by Maurissa Tancharoen who is married to Joss Whedon’s brother Jed Whedon. They are also a writing team and Jed and Maurissa wrote several episodes of Dollhouse and would go on to be the co-show runners of Marvel’s Agents of Shield.

Honestly, never getting over this episode. I've seen it so many times at this point and it always blows me away that they went here. The amount of questions this opened up, the possibilities it unlocks, the irreality of it all... Just imagine finding out that it's not that you're not who you think you are, which leads you to want to find out who you really are, but no it's worse, because you're you, but twisted and reformed into the shape another has devised for you. Years of your life taken away and the direction you've been on for years is not of your own design. How do you come back from that? Where is the freedom for you ever again after something like that? At least with normal dolls it's supposed to be like sleeping and waking up, 5 years have passed in the blink of an eye, and whatever it was they signed up for has been fixed for them (not to mention all the money), it's a net positive. For this man though... you're just screwed.
