Another actor hat-trick! (had a role in all 3 Buffy/Angel/Firefly) Jonathan M. Woodward played Tracey in this, Knox in Angel S5, and Holden Webster (the vamp Buffy has a therapy session with) in S7 Conversations With Dead People. We've also had Carlos Jacott - Firefly - S1-E1/E2 - Agent Dobson whose "nobody move or I shoot her" speech is rudely interrupted when Mal just walks up and shoots because he doesn't have time for his bullshit when reavers are coming Angel - S1-E7 - The new fiancé of Doyle's ex who wants his blessing (and his brain) Buffy - S3-E1 - Ken, the guy running the outreach center with a dirty pool and a huge basement which has been finished out as an adorable post-modern industrial hell dimension And Andy Umberger - Firefly - S1-E1 - The Alliance Captain who puts the initial APB out in the first present-day scene right before we get the shock of a theme song with lyrics.
