I know of another YouTuber (not a reactor) that posts 10 videos a week. He does minimal editing yet puts in 70 hours doing it. He takes one day off so he's working almost 12 hours a day just producing content. The differences is he's 62, married and only does gaming videos with live commentary. Alley not only records and edits for both Patreon and YouTube with original content added, she is also a college student and a young woman who needs to get out there and experience life. She has more than enough on her plate if she doesn't want to become a homebound recluse. (Although I'm sure if she ever chose to go that route she would be very successful at it.)

I be forgetting guys, it's just the best part of the week are her reactions, I be looking forward to that more than anything. Her reactions are like drugs, I just be acting like a fiend for them and get so excited when I see she puts one out lol.

As understandable as that is rationing them out make them last longer. Imagine you're marooned out at sea and have 100 bottles of water. :P Drink them all at once if you want but you'll regret it in the end.

I don't think how possible it is really is the deciding factor. Shan from After Show Reacts did 23 hour long episode reactions last week. So, technically more is possible. She though, does it full time, and I'm sure she farms out a lot of the editting work to others along with a bunch of other stuff. Most likely she's devoting funds to that. Of course she also lives in Australia where the lockdowns were longer. Also, I think she likes the lifestyle of being a fulltime reactor. Plus, let's face it, her YouTube episodes are just cut down versions of her Patreon reactions. Alleys reactions take way more editing and planning the way she does them. Also, I have a feeling like Alley is focusing most of her funds into keeping her student loans down, which let's face it, is a great idea. The more she has to shovel out to others for editting and whatnot takes away from things like that. Plus the schooling and living of life and whatnot. I'm all for Alley managing things to her best outcome while providing me plenty of fun watching time. Sure, I like more Buffy reacting, but that's also why I have a bunch of reactors I watch including Domi and Riley. Now that I'm back to work full time again, I can barely keep up now. 🤪
