1x13: "She"

Next: Buffy 4x13

This episode was quite the roller coaster... We got demons from another dimension, runaways that are trying to escape slavery from their own kind, people burning from the inside, and of course Angel dancing..... WOW

But yeah, like I say in my video, I truly don't know what to think, mainly because I am not sure if this plot is going to return or if the dimension thing will play a bigger role in plots later on or if this is totally left unresolved and we don't hear from those kind of demons again? I mean it is kinda resolved but the ending makes me think they are going to do something with them again... Much to think about!

Either wayyyy, hope you all enjoy! :)

EDIT: So there have been much discussion in the comments surrounding FGM and frankly I didn't want to discuss it during my review bc I didn't feel I could say the right things (I am very bad about talking about sensitive subjects like that, and I am also uneducated on the subject) and I also just didn't like the metaphor they used in the episode, I felt it was a good sentiment the writers put in to try and get conversation surrounding FGM, but I don't think it added much to the conversation in a positive way. Just seemed like a tacky metaphor to add in since it is still an issue in many places, in my opinion. I apologize for not addressing it in the video itself, but again, I didn't want to talk about such a sensitive manner during my review, especially since I didnt like the use of the subject, I didnt want to come off as dismissive of the issue itself.

And for all discussion in the comments, please remember to be mindful of other people and how some people will always have differing opinions. It is productive to have conversations and learn from others, but everyone must do their part in making this community one that is productive.
