OH BOOIIIII.. so much beautiful set up for the finale, I am so so excited to watch the next episode! (as of posting this, I haven't watched it yet! sorry, been behind 😅)

but danggg faith OKAYYY... they really went there with it 😳 so much is happening... how tf is this season gonna end??

The fight between Buffy and Faith has been building all season and it still doesn't disappoint. I think Xander was afraid of losing Buffy like Faith was lost if she went through with murdering Faith. Ooo...I may have to watch your next reaction now. lol I'm so behind!

This episode ties in with one of those old monster of the week episodes, "Ted", so well. In that seemingly inane episode, Buffy has to deal with the moral dilemma of killing a human. Look at Buffy's face right after she stabs faith, then go back and watch her face when her mom tells her Ted is dead. It's completely the same. I think it's pretty easy to gloss over this or to think she faced that dilemma later, but to me it was important for many reasons that it happened right after she did it. Heck, she looks right into Faith's eyes and the emotional communication there was fairly deep. I don't know, that's my thought about that scene. Though I do have to say, there is nothing quite like a slayer vs slayer all out battle. It couldn't really have been better.
