15x15: "Gimme Shelter"

OKAY LETS TRY THIS ONE AGAIN..... so sorry about this one, tried to get it up as quickly as I could but its my finals week for my classes so its been a lot :(

anyways, this episode was p good! still salty about the cliffhanger ending buttt we got some v nice scenes with our mans cas and his son jack!

'Where are you going to find another plan to kill god and amara?' ... Well I think the key to Death's library (with records of the many ways in which everyone can die ... including God and Amara?) would be a great start. Cas and Eileen were told that it's floating around the bunker somewhere back in 15x07 and it hasn't been mentioned since. I am VERY suspicious and keep waiting for that to be brought back up.

I’ve tried to avoid thinking/speculating about the end of the show too much because I don’t want to be disappointed when it doesn’t live up to my expectations… I want a happy ending for Sam, Dean, and Cas… but I don’t know what that looks like. At the very least I want a hopeful ending. I think we deserve that much. While all of the boys are self-sacrificing, and I think it would mean a lot to their characters for them to sacrifice themselves in the end, that wouldn’t be a satisfying ending for the fans. We know death isn’t exactly permanent on the show, and I don’t see how they could end it with one of them dead. Cas in particular shouldn’t die permanently because that would be a terrible resolution to the Empty plot line. I could, however, see an ending where they ALL died, with them all in heaven. I don’t think they should eradicate monsters, because I don’t know what retirement looks like for Sam and Dean. I want them to get rid of the Big Bads, but still have something to keep fighting for. I also want them to leave it open for a movie or mini-series or something else later on down the line in several years. I want them to be able to revisit this world. Swan Song was great because it wrapped things up but still managed to leave a little mystery/a few questions. It wasn’t exactly happy, but it was hopeful. Either way I expect to cry. I’m hoping we get 2 different Road So Far’s … one for the season finale (15x19) and one for the entire show (15x20). I think Chuck needs to be obliterated (not just caged or something), though I am growing a bit more fond of Amara. Perhaps Chuck can take Castiel’s place in the Empty. Not sure how we balance out the universe then…. We also still need to correct the souls (like Kevin!) that were… misplaced… in hell. Also assuming we’ll see more of Adam/Michael. Not really sure how I’d like to see them end, but they should be part of it. But to keep it simple: I need Sam, Dean, and Cas happy/hopeful in the end. I need them all to be in the second to last scene (at least!), and wouldn’t be surprised if we end the show with a shot of Sam and Dean (and Baby)!

I feel like I have a lot of the same hopes for the show. just want something hopeful and something I can still think about and know the boys are doing something good after the show ends. and I have a feeling Chuck will die but be replaced by either Sam or Jack.. idk, I just have a gut feeling that someone will replace him or just be a bigger role in the universe. for Jack, I think it fits his character arc, and for Sam as well. I could easily see that happen. but imma keep my mind open for anything and just go with it haha
