Apple is forcing some changes on Patreon (Patreon)

Soon iOS app users won't be able to subscribe to me until the end of 2025 when I'll be forced to start using the other subscription method.

Not only that but soon all subscriptions made through the iOS app will be 30% more expensive because Apple is taking a cut.

The solution to both these problems is to just open up your browser and subscribe through there. Or just switch to Android.
