"What is the AR compressor good for?  It always seems so subtle to me.  Is it just for sample glue? Are my ears broken?  Sorry that’s technically 3"

Enjoyed this a lot. I don’t have an AR. I am however obsessed with compressors as an effect . Got too many low quality hardware compressors that I wish I had the skill/courage to circuit bend. ! Great explanation of Elektron compression thanks. :) I’d love to see your take on the MD compressor!!

Thanks for taking a crack at this so quickly, I was convinced I was doing something wrong. The Digitakt has very obvious modes as does my RNC 1773. The pumping is there I just am used to a much more dramatic effect. I might have to just focus in on this for awhile and tune my ears
