Discontinuing Sorcerer ($20) & Soothsayer ($70) tiers (Patreon)

My short time working on other things than D&D has made me realise that a big constraint on my progress with the sheets is the amount of daily/weekly manual upkeep I'm doing for my Patreon/website. Thus, it is time to change this. I'm changing gears in how I'm approaching things and looking for solutions for these constant time-drains.

The most time-consuming of all of these is (trying) to keep up with the Sorcerer and Soothsayer tier rewards. I’m already months behind on making these rewards and there are a fair amount of them that haven’t even been cashed in yet. With all the outstanding rewards I’m already looking at months of full time work. You might have noticed that I reduced the maximum amount of pledges to these tiers to 1 a long time ago. I did this to make sure nobody else could pledge, as I couldn’t keep up with the demand. But now I’ve decided that time has come to retire these tiers completely.

My apologies to everybody who is currently pledged at these tiers. But don't fear, any rewards gained in the past are not lost, see below.

Starting May 2022, your pledge will no longer give you any rewards other than those of the Scholar-tier. Every month up to and including April 2022 can still be used to claim a reward.

If this means that you would like to pledge to a different tier, a different amount, or cancel your pledge, please do so in April, before the round of charges on the 1st of May.

Regardless of your tier level going forward or if you cancel, you can always claim your unused rewards.

I fully understand if you forget to change your tier in time, as these things are easily overlooked. But don’t worry, I can refund your pledges for up to 3 months. Thus, if you decide any time during the coming 3 months that you would like your money back after paying for a discontinued tier, just let me know!

I will be reaching out to every one of you Sorcerer and Soothsayer tier holders to inform you about this change and to tell you about the amount of unused rewards you have left. I will also be reaching out to all who held the Sorcerer or Soothsayer tier in the past, to inform everyone individually about their unused rewards.

Unfortunately, all the information about tier, split out per month, is harder to extract from Patreon than I had hoped. I'm doing it in batches and will send out the emails when I get everything tallied up. Thus, it might be a week or more before you get an email with your personalised overview.
