Just a quick little thank you (Patreon)

Hey all. It’s about 1 AM and I’ve been writing for about 5 hours now, so I’m running on, well, nothing. Between writing & grad school, I really don’t get a ton of time anymore.

I saw that my Patreon had hit 1,000 a month as of today, and I wanted to take a moment to thank you all. I still remember when I was 12 and writing my first ever book, wondering if anyone would even ever want to read something I wrote.

Then I published that book, it was horrible, and nobody did (for good reason). I’ve been writing for 10 years now, and but these last two have been an absolutely insane ride. From getting my first actual readers, to getting my first patrons, to getting fucking published and then, as of the eldritch bestie launch, breaking top 500 on all of Amazon.

I’m seriously just so grateful to all of you for helping me pursue this. To everyone who enjoys my work, who comments suggestions to make it better, to those of you that buy the merchandise, and those of you that just enjoy reading and prefer not to chat - thank you all so much. I can’t wait to see what the next year or two can bring - but I can promise it’ll be a lot more (hopefully) great writing to share with you all.
