Howdy guys!

So I've been trying to figure out a good way to organize the Patreon (other than splitting it off into multiple patreons by story) for a bit now.

The best idea I've had is from another author - Ravensdagger. He basically uploads 1 post a month, and this post is an 'index' with links to every chapter on google docs. He has like 5 stories, so he's got the same sorting problem that I have.

Would you guys like something like this? Or do you prefer reading the chapters via email? Please let me know.

We can also try a 'test run' for like a week or so, just to see what everyone thinks.

Thanks in advance for your thoughts!

I personally prefer to read off the Patreon app. Could you use the index method while still posting individual chapters to Patreon?

Or maybe use Re Druin's method where they create a folder each month where they have a google doc for each individual chapter? I mainly perfer a single doc for single chapter method. Ravensdagger's method gets difficult to traverse.

2023-05-29 18:50:34 Yeah, I could try something like that. There would still be a ton of posts, but I'm thinking maybe I can have a 'HUB' post pinned, and that one has links to the index posts which function as normal. Then I can post chapters here & on google docs, which would hopefully solve all the issues. I'll give that a shot.

Thanks for the efforts. It can get incredibly annoying if you aren't on the cutting edge of updates.

Yeah, I imagined as much. I really wish there was just a decent organizational tool on Patreon, but unfortunately they've failed to deliver that.

I like the emails.
