Refund Policy (Patreon)

We wanted to take a second to clarify AM's refund policy, so we're all on the same page moving forward. This Patreon is using a charge up front model, meaning your tier subscription rate will be charged when you first subscribe and then on the first of every following month. With this model, you can anticipate when, if necessary, you need to cancel your subscription. We encourage you to be sure to check all of your Patreon subs prior to the beginning of the month to avoid any unintended sub roll overs.

When a subscription is renewed that patron is given access to the content for that month, even if they are refunded (per Patreon FAQ — see below). Therefore, AM will not issue refunds for accidental roll over subscriptions as the content is still accessible to the patron.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but it can very easily be prevented by taking a moment once a month (before the 30th) to review your Patreon subscriptions and adjust accordingly.

We strongly support our patrons taking care of life expenses first, and completely understand if you need to unsub for a few weeks and resub later, so please take care of your financial health and pre-emptively adjust your subscriptions as necessary.
