I'm loving your reactions to this! I can really tell that you have a deep appreciation for the original cartoon and it's characters <3 Jet, as confused & conflicted as he was, has always been one of my favorite characters. He is the reality that happens too often to people who experience such tragedy. Bitterness in his case is completely understandable, but because of Katara he makes that decision to change course. His redemption arc is just as important as Zuko's or Sokka's and I wish people talked about him more.
