Wow, thank you so much for uploading this despite being unwell! I been anticipating it since the March Schedule but thought it will be done in April. Haha, Chen really is the Adele of kpop - he even sang 'someone like you' in that one episode of exo ladder s2 that you watched.

I really love how for each of these comeback get together they do something different each time. This kind of chill listening party really suited the album. I adore this album so much. Thank you for getting to this despite how busy you are! You're amazing Caitlin. Also! Chen mentioned that he's a big Adele fan and sang some of Rolling in the Deep in an interview with Get Real! :D

I love this promo video because I think it fits very well into his personality. I also think talking about music is most comfortable for Jongdae after everything that has gone down with the antis and all that, and I love that they made sure that the entire promotion of this release focused on that and didn’t let any hate ruin it, at least not publicly. I missed him so much and I get emotional whenever I think of him and what he and his family has gone through. This video is very calming to me. I love, like you said, that even if they have been around him for over a decade they still get blown away by his talent and compliment him so much. Obviously, he’s an amazing person and his talent isn’t the only thing they have him around in the group for, they clearly love him and consider him family- they’ve stood by him and haven’t wavered once no matter what people have done- but I think this was a great way to show the antis and everyone that has been clamoring for his leave why he is a valuable member, musically. After everything, I just always get emotional seeing him smile and this calm video of exo just listening to him and complimenting him and assuring him is such a comfort video for me. I’m grateful for all of them. Also, I love how they talk a bit of behind the scenes here. His thoughts about the tracks, what he considered hard and, to my surprise, how hesitant he apparently is about sharing songs with many high notes because he’s afraid of only being known for that. It’s refreshing to hear his honest thoughts and I loved that the members reassured him that there’s no way that’s the only thing he will be known for because he’s just so good at everything, not only high notes. It was just such an interesting video, I know some found it a bit boring on twitter but to me it was so intriguing. Thanks for watching it!
