Ah yes, the "your brain on drugs" version 🤭 Some of this REALLY make more sense with the context from the Webtoons/album notes. It's really so much to figure out - when you are ready you can always watch xCeleste's "Storyline Summary 2020" to see what you missed. This was fun! First time I've seen a reaction to this version.

You are so good! The drink is Absinthe which has a very interesting history and mythology. The painting is 'The Fall of the Rebel Angels' by Peter Bruegel the Elder.

Edit: this is only my opinion based on the MVs and such - I haven't seen the theories yet. The thing with J-hope - he was diagnosed with Munchausens, yes, but it's much more likely to be Munchausens by proxy. That means someone else is making him sick; he's not making himself sick. So he keeps throwing away the pills because I guess he suspects that they're what's making him sick, or something like that. The difference between Munchausen's and hypochondria is that hypochondriacs think they're ill but they're not really; whereas Munchausen's patients literally make themselves (or someone else) ill. It's not exactly "faking" an illness, because often they really are damaging their body and causing symptoms to genuinely appear.
