Every one of those blue bags in their closet represents every time Yeon-jin had sex with Jae-joon. It also hit Do-yeong in that moment just how long he's been blind to his wife's real personality. It also kind of hit him that his whole marriage has been a lie. It's a very powerful scene. Great reaction as always.
