Well they were the top picks and many said they wanted something a little lighter than the glory. So far it’s definitely lighter in my opinion lmao like man the glory is crazy but yeah we’ll see as move forward! 🤍

Twinkling Watermelon will stand as a top 10 forever for me because it combines everything I love and the characters are so richly developed and nuanced with strong voices in every sense of the word, and through every way of expressing yourself. I won't spoil it, but you have no idea what is in store for you -- ep 1 only scratched the surface and I'm laughing at the idea that with this show you'll be able to stop yourself from watching even after episode 2. Soo many dimensions, soo little time. Can't wait to see it all unfold for you. -- No pressure though, because many times it's about watching what you are in the mood for when you are in the mood for it.

The only thing I have noticed with the Viki subs is that Ha Lee Chan’s name is sometimes romanized differently. So sometimes it’s Yi Chan and sometimes it’s Lee Chan. But other than that I think you can just continue using Viki!🫰🏼

Why is Caitlin so funny lmao. "Again, I can't can barely get one to start" I mean same, but that's funny. But like we said you're gonna love this drama, you could just go ahead and add it to your top favorite kdramas, maybe even top 3 cause that's what going to happen anyways. But yeah I'm a big music person also, guitar is my favorite instrument, so I freaking love this drama so much. I want that whole music shop also, and the fact that the door strums the guitar when you come is the most beautiful idea ive ever witnessed that I know no one thought of! This show is definitely top 3 for me. It really teaches you a lot and not just about music but the deaf culture and more. It's really inspiring, and I learned so much. I hope people don't spoil though, please! Lol

I wasn't sure if I would enjoy this because my mind is still intrigued by "The Glory" with how intense it is, but yes, "Twinkling Watermelon" is pretty good. I was concerned someone was going to die, too. Every person watching a kdrama is like "I HOPE NOBODY DIES, LOL" like a meme because it happens so much, it seems like. Side note: "Tears In Heaven" by Eric Clapton was written after the death of Clapton's son/child. Back to the drama: isn't it rather...suspicious the way the Viva Grandpa died? It took me back to "My Demon". I wonder if there will be a mystery aspect to this, too, like "My Demon". Finding out how Viva Grandpa died because that all looked set-up (the pills, come on). Why do I have a NAGGING feeling that the b**** landlady's son had something to do with the Grandpa's death? Sure, he peed himself in fear of being caught for the cigarette thing (the shot of 'water' leaking from the end of his pantleg), but we have seen how brutal he is. Maybe his friends are worse, maybe they were behind it. They seemed to have some 'thing' against the Grandpa and I got the feeling they would do some dirty s*** to him sometime. I'm glad I enjoyed this episode. Now I have two dramas to look forward to. Thank you, Caitlin.
