Another pre-turned werewolf, like Arthur.  Most werewolves pre-turn stage lasts maybe a year or two then they fully transform.  Some unfortunates stay in the pre-turned state for decades.  Daryl is in his 30s, stuck in the pre-turned state.  He rides the rails, hates clothes (most werewolves do), and gets dicked whenever he possibly can to try and trigger the full change.  It hasn't worked 8V
