This is just a slightly altered breakdown of the full session.

Induction.Body.Loop: Because the nature of this file doesn’t lean itself towards a separate induction and body, this is just the full file without the short intro and the wakener, so that it can be looped over and over again until your little forgetful mind forgets what it’s supposed to be forgetting.

(Wakener): Can pretty much be used at the end of any playlist to help you forget, forget, forget, forget the session and the suggestions.

For those of you just joining us, here is a short breakdown of what parted files are:

Induction: The initial part of the session which is meant to bring you down into trance and place you in a suggestible state of mind.

Body: The “meat” of the session, where the fantasy or conditioning happens. Can be enjoyed on its own if you can drop quickly or enjoy staying aware as you listen.

Wakener: The last part of the session, where you’re woken up. Oftentimes, suggestions are reinforced as you wake.

You can mix and match different types of inductions, body files, and wakeners however you like.
