This is just a slightly altered breakdown of the full session.

Listen. Follow. Drop. Deeper. (Induction): Just as the original, with nothing added or removed. Can be used with any other body file without conflict.

Listen. Follow. Drop. Deeper. (Short Induction): A very, very short rapid induction based on the original. Should work really well after just a single listen to the long version and can be used with any other file.

Kinky Workout (Body): Just as the original, with nothing added or removed. One subby and one dommy.

Kinky Workout (Wakener): This is pretty specific to working out and should be used only for exercise-specific files.

For those of you just joining us, here is a short breakdown of what parted files are:

Induction: The initial part of the session which is meant to bring you down into trance and place you in a suggestible state of mind.

Body: The “meat” of the session, where the fantasy or conditioning happens. Can be enjoyed on its own if you can drop quickly or enjoy staying aware as you listen.

Wakener: The last part of the session, where you’re woken up. Oftentimes, suggestions are reinforced as you wake.

You can mix and match different types of inductions, body files, and wakeners however you like.
