Fair enough, writers, you got me twice in this episode. And I mean that I fell into your trap and cried twice. And yes, because of Maeve each time. Because her sacrifice was honorable and symbolic, with her giving up on her revenge to save people, when she didn't do it with the plane and on other occasions, when she didn't care that much about Soldier Boy. And because in fact, now she can escape from that life and have the one she always dreamed of. I love the idea so much.

I was more surprised than sad with the death of Black Noir, because for me, the guy had finally this season something around his character, we discovered his past and his personality, he had a story and could have had a lot of different evolutions, but no. I'm not mad, because his death was logical with the characters and the moment. This season was in fact more about the development of the characters and each of them exploring their dark sides, than about the main narrative arcs which was Soldier Boy. The scene at the end with the dictator Homelander killing people openly, as he wants, and Ryan enjoying the fame… It's a strong promise for the future season !
