I didn't understand at first why we had this flashback at the beginning, how this conversation between Krista and Ymir would be interesting when we already saw the consequences of it in the present time. And in fact, it's to explain Ymir's character and the fact that she, deciding to protect her Krista by transforming (showing) into a Titan, it was her going against her "mission", what she's supposed to be/do. Because she loved Krista, for sure, because they had some things similar to their backgrounds. I'm really interested in the fact that Ymir considered she was not living her life for herself.

After the last episode, I'm sure that Bertholdt and Reiner are also parts of this "organization". But after this one, I almost erased Krista from my top suspects because the clues I had against her : the conversation with Ymir and her crying in Distress, it's false clues ; and what the minister said about her, it could be a lie. Because he wanted to keep an eye on her ; or just because he knew only her name and he needed to get close to the front line.
